Terrible customer service and constant reception roadblocks

The reception is consistently unreachable. I've attempted to contact them three times in half a year, and each instance results in being informed that their staff is undergoing training after noon. This frustration is compounded by enduring a lengthy two-minute explanation about their upcoming booking system, which won't even be operational until February 15th. If an alternative medical practice becomes available, I'll absolutely switch, as these people seem to specialize in squandering patients' time.
