Terrible customer service and endless frustrating waits

Communication with the staff is extremely frustrating. Certain receptionists display such a dismissive attitude, making you feel like an unwelcome interruption when you call. Attempting to reach the reception desk is an exercise in futility. I was informed I was first in the queue, yet endured a 30-minute hold. Phone appointments are completely ineffective. They let the phone ring four times before abruptly disconnecting. This forces you to schedule another appointment, despite having booked this one four weeks in advance! Resulting in yet another extended waiting period. Securing an appointment seems nearly impossible. The overall service is simply unacceptable.
