Terrible customer service and endless waiting times

Attempting to connect with customer service was an absolute ordeal. On Monday, March 2nd, 2020, I spent 15 minutes initially on hold from 2:10 to 2:25 PM. By 2:50 PM, I was third in the queue, and at 3:30 PM, I had advanced to first in line. Then, at 3:45 PM, I was abruptly disconnected - which left me absolutely enraged. For anyone struggling with anxiety, this experience would be unbearable. I tried calling from my mobile phone five times, and each attempt was met with an engaged tone. This entire process is completely unacceptable and desperately needs to be a free 0800 number. It's simply ridiculous.
