Terrible customer service and endless waiting times

Absolute worst medical practice when it comes to communication. The moment they open, you're already 15th in line after dialing just a minute prior! It's painfully obvious from the reception area that they're completely uninterested in addressing patient calls. They seem more focused on enjoying their tea breaks than providing any semblance of customer service!
