Terrible customer service and frustrating phone experience

During off-peak hours, you'll encounter a queue lasting over 30 minutes just to reach reception, and during busy periods, it's even worse. Once you finally connect with someone, they're incredibly discourteous - I'm baffled how such unprofessional staff are employed. My in-person visits to the GP have always been pleasant with helpful staff, but their phone service is abysmal. Whether the matter is urgent or routine, I cannot recommend them due to communication difficulties. Their mobile application is completely ineffective; to accomplish anything, you're forced to send messages or make notes. What's the point of having an app with such limited functionality? They might as well rely on email communication. The entire experience is frustrating and demonstrates a complete lack of customer service understanding.
