Terrible customer service and impossible scheduling nightmare

Reaching their customer service by phone is an absolute nightmare. The staff who answer the calls are incredibly unhelpful and display a terrible demeanor. Scheduling appointments outside of standard business hours is extremely challenging. Their callback system is rigidly inflexible - if you happen to miss their single attempt to contact you, you're forced to restart the entire frustrating process from the beginning.
