Terrible customer service and unprofessional staff attitude

The reception area lacks proper management, with the practice manager seemingly absent and never observing staff behavior. If one reviews the feedback, it's clear this is a persistent issue that has gone unaddressed by many patients. I was attempting to complete a prescription form and found no pen available, searching extensively without success. After the staff member finished a phone call, I requested a pen. She initially claimed one should be present, but when I explained I had already searched, she admitted they had none. When I asked what I should do, she suddenly produced a pen after two minutes. The staff's poor training and unprofessional demeanor are frustrating. While filling out the prescription, I noticed another staff member arrive, and the same employee proceeded to show off her new tattoo and engage in casual conversation. Meanwhile, the telephone rang with no sense of urgency to answer. I would gladly assist in addressing and eliminating such unacceptable workplace conduct.
