Terrible customer service and zero empathy

The reception staff were shockingly discourteous and brusque. They consistently fail to honor their commitment to return calls within the stated timeframe, and become aggressively defensive when customers must repeatedly attempt to reach them after their initial communication breakdown. Their conduct is remarkably unprofessional. It seems entirely inappropriate that individuals seeking assistance should be subjected to verbal aggression. These employees would likely be more suitable in roles that minimize direct human interaction and require minimal emotional intelligence or empathy.
