Terrible customer service at doctor's surgery nightmare

After enduring a grueling 60-minute phone wait on 17.06.2025 for an 8am slot, the receptionist was extremely brusque and unhelpful. She flatly refused to schedule a GP appointment, citing that I had previously used private services, essentially pushing me towards paying privately. The situation was completely absurd. She dismissively claimed my issue wasn't an emergency and that I'd have to wait two weeks anyway, which was utterly unacceptable. Her attitude was shockingly unprofessional and callous - particularly inappropriate for a medical practice. Her customer service was appallingly poor, and frankly, she seems unsuited to working in a doctor's surgery. To make matters worse, she informed me no appointments were available and instructed me to call back the following day. Fortunately, I'm not dealing with any mental health challenges that would make such treatment even more distressing.
