Terrible customer service at gp reception desk

The customer service representative on the phone was unhelpful and discourteous. During a moment of significant anxiety, I endured a wait exceeding 90 minutes, only to be told I must call back the following morning at 8am. She provided minimal explanation, simply stating there were numerous people in the queue and accusing me of being aggressive. She repeatedly interrupted me, saying, "Excuse me, don't shout at me!" when I was merely expressing frustration about being asked to call back again without receiving any substantive assistance.
