Terrible customer service at hillview medical center

I'm writing this review solely because my general practitioner referred me to Hillview for blood work. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with their service. The receptionist falsely claimed she contacted me and abruptly ended the call without giving me a chance to speak. My recommendation is that they should invest in training their staff to actively listen to patients and demonstrate empathy. Particularly, some of the Asian receptionists seem challenging to communicate with, as they appear more focused on delivering their scripted responses rather than truly hearing the patients' concerns.
