Terrible customer service at its absolute worst

Absolutely dreadful customer experience... the front desk staff display an appalling level of rudeness. I've been unable to obtain my phones despite three months of persistent attempts to contact them. When my wife tried to schedule an appointment in person, they were incredibly dismissive, instructing her that phone booking is mandatory and then rudely directing her to another hospital. Their unprofessional conduct and terrible attitude have left us completely frustrated and deeply distressed.
