Terrible customer service at medical centre nightmare

The receptionist's attitude is absolutely appalling. I can't comprehend why someone would work in customer service with such a terrible demeanor. The staff member consistently interrupted me during my calls. I made repeated attempts to communicate, and when finally answered, the receptionist sighed and cut me off mid-sentence. Their unprofessional behavior is a constant issue. I escalated my complaint to the practice manager, who reviewed the call and offered weak justifications. When I highlighted the ongoing rudeness, he dismissively stated he could only address the current problem. His response was nonsensical - what's the point of management if they can't effectively listen and resolve issues? He even had the audacity to suggest I should be grateful he reviewed the call quickly, as if doing the bare minimum is some extraordinary favor. The doctors advise patients to contact them about problems, but reaching them requires battling through hostile receptionists who display contemptuous attitudes with their sighs and tutting. Getting an appointment seems nearly impossible, and they've essentially eliminated face-to-face consultations. Without exaggeration, this is potentially the most inadequate medical center I've ever encountered.
