Terrible customer service at medical clinic

The receptionist's customer service skills are abysmal. When I attempted to communicate with a doctor, I was curtly told no appointments were available, without even inquiring about the urgency of my situation. It's absolutely appalling. My recommendation is to replace this indifferent staff member who clearly lacks empathy. Everyone is under stress, and if I could rate lower than one star, I absolutely would.
