Terrible customer service at medical practice

I attempted to schedule an appointment twice within a 48-hour period, but was repeatedly informed they were fully booked or unable to book. The receptionist displayed complete indifference and became hostile, raising her voice when I diplomatically pointed out the ineffectiveness of their booking process. All I required was a simple callback, yet their customer service was utterly unacceptable. The level of unprofessionalism was appalling.
