Terrible customer service at medical practice

The reception staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. When I phoned to inquire about obtaining a repeat prescription, since the online system was not working for me, I was met with dismissive and abrasive treatment. The staff member accused me of needlessly occupying their phone lines and curtly instructed me to contact my pharmacy or physically visit to complete the necessary paperwork. I was simply seeking guidance on the correct procedure, which I was unaware of, yet was made to feel like an inconvenience.
