Terrible customer service at medical practice nightmare

I've been attempting to reach this infuriating medical practice for a solid half-hour. For 28 minutes, I've been stuck as the first caller in the queue. This situation is utterly ridiculous, and the front desk staff are clearly unfit to work in a healthcare setting. I intend to file formal complaints with the General Medical Council and the health service ombudsman. The staff demonstrate a shocking lack of compassion, particularly towards elderly patients and children, who should be their primary focus. Certain employees display such unprofessional and discourteous attitudes that they are completely unsuitable for any role in healthcare.
