Terrible customer service at medical practice nightmare

The customer service at this medical practice is absolutely atrocious. The reception team displays an unacceptable level of rudeness and complete lack of assistance. My daughter-in-law has been suffering with ongoing pain for days and cannot obtain a medication refill because only a GP can authorize it. Phone attempts are futile - waiting endlessly only results in being told to call back the next day. During a visit with my granddaughter on Tuesday, I stood at the check-in window and was greeted with an eye-rolling receptionist. I witnessed two other frustrated patients leave after being verbally berated. I strongly advise anyone experiencing similar mireatment to file a formal complaint. When I spoke with the practice manager today, they merely rambled without showing any genuine interest in resolving the situation. As a result, I will be escalating this matter to external authorities for review.
