Terrible customer service at medical reception desk

The receptionist at the entrance exhibited extremely poor customer service skills. His demeanor was discourteous and completely inappropriate for his role. I was forced to wait uncomfortably while he engaged in a personal conversation with his colleague, completely disregarding my presence. This individual's lack of professionalism is a serious concern, and management should carefully evaluate his suitability for a position that serves as the initial interaction point for patients seeking medical care.
