Terrible customer service at medical reception desk

I've spent an exhausting hour on hold, desperately trying to reach a receptionist. Frustrated, I decided to physically visit the location while still connected on the phone. Upon arrival, I was stunned to find the "receptionist" casually engaged in a leisurely conversation. I immediately confronted them, loudly demanding to know why no one was answering the phones, pointedly displaying my phone screen showing the ongoing unanswered call. To the leadership of this Surgery department, I urgently request immediate contact regarding this unacceptable situation. Thanks 👍🏻
