Terrible customer service at medical reception desk

The front desk staff could seriously benefit from improving their interpersonal communication abilities. Their demeanor is extremely unprofessional and off-putting. People don't choose to visit medical facilities on a whim; each patient has a genuine, often sensitive reason for being there. The least they could do is demonstrate basic courtesy and respect when interacting with patients.
