Terrible customer service at medical reception desk

Well, look at this situation again... the receptionist with the distinct accent clearly lacks any understanding of proper customer service. Doesn't she realize that every individual who approaches her might be experiencing some form of personal vulnerability? Her complete absence of empathy when interacting with patients is truly shocking. The entire service standard at this medical practice desperately requires a comprehensive review. I cannot comprehend her attitude - if she finds her job so disagreeable, she should simply resign. There's an absolute expectation of compassionate communication, and speaking over people with an aggressive tone is completely unacceptable and absolutely not within her professional responsibilities. Rest assured, this matter will be escalated to the appropriate parties, including the physicians working at this facility.
