Terrible customer service at medical reception desk

Utterly exasperating experience trying to contact the reception desk for almost two hours, which ultimately drove me to physically visit the surgery in person. Upon arrival, I was met with three staff members engaged in casual conversation, seemingly oblivious to the continuously ringing phone that went unanswered. The lack of professionalism was truly astounding. This situation needs immediate attention and resolution.
