Terrible customer service at this medical centre

The phone support staff were incredibly disrespectful and dismissive. They constantly interrupted me before I could fully articulate my question, seemingly presuming they already knew what I wanted to ask. Their patronizing attitude made me feel completely belittled, and I ultimately decided to abandon my inquiry to avoid losing my temper. The initial representative was okay, but when she transferred me to another staff member, the interaction quickly deteriorated. These kinds of unprofessional attitudes are precisely why patients become frustrated and seek care elsewhere. While I acknowledge that dealing with patients daily can be challenging, projecting unwarranted negativity towards someone who hasn't provoked you is entirely unacceptable and drives people away from medical services.
