Terrible customer service at this medical office

The front desk staff, an older woman wearing glasses, displayed an incredibly unprofessional attitude. Their phone responsiveness was abysmal - I endured a 30-minute wait before personally visiting the office to address the issue. When I explained my prolonged hold time, the receptionist rudely retorted, "Do you want to do my job?", with her coworker ultimately taking the call.
