Terrible customer service at willingham dental practice

On the afternoon of June 24th, I went to see my son, who was experiencing severe tooth discomfort. His dentist had already recommended referral to another dental office for extraction twice. Due to his medication for blood thinning, he requires clearance from his physician and needs to pause his medication for three days before the procedure. I attempted to contact the Willingham dental practice around 5:20 PM and was placed in their queue. After waiting 20 minutes, I was forced to disconnect the call for a personal necessity. When I called back approximately 50 minutes later, I discovered the practice had already closed, leaving me stranded on hold indefinitely. This level of service is completely unacceptable!
