Terrible customer service from hostile pharmacy staff

I had an unpleasant interaction with Joanna recently, who was her typical aggressive and rude self. I was unfortunately stuck dealing with her unhelpful attitude. As always, she talked over me and claimed a prescription would be processed and someone would contact me. Predictably, neither of those things occurred. Katie, another hostile representative, left me a message. I'm choosing not to return her call today because I'm not prepared to endure more verbal aggression. The reason I don't have a pharmacy, contrary to their claims, is simply that the product I need is currently unavailable - a fact I already communicated to their combative staff member last week. I'm completely in the dark about what this new prescription might be for. If it's for Evorel, I've already explained that it's out of stock everywhere, which I clearly stated during my previous phone conversation.
