Terrible customer service from unhelpful healthcare provider

Absolutely terrible customer service from GPS staff who resort to yelling at vulnerable individuals over the phone. Their approach is completely unprofessional and unsympathetic. When it comes to managing chronic pain, they demonstrate zero understanding or compassion. Their support is essentially useless for serious health issues, with their only competence seemingly limited to basic conditions like common colds or flu that people can easily handle themselves at home.
