Terrible customer service from unhelpful medical staff

I attempted to schedule an appointment online today after encountering repeated difficulties with their "Triage Safety reached" system, just like yesterday. A representative named Julie addressed me without even confirming my identity, instead inquiring about my age, and instructed me to seek an appointment on Wednesday rather than Tuesday, citing the post-bank holiday busyness. Apparently, I'm supposed to have control over when I fall ill! The customer service is utterly disgraceful and completely useless.
