Terrible customer service from unhelpful receptionist

My interaction with the receptionist was extremely unsatisfactory. I called to discuss a matter concerning my daughter and explained the situation to her. She responded dismissively, saying "okay, there's no issue" and claimed she couldn't assist me. When I mentioned it was about my daughter's prescription, she simply apologized and repeated that she couldn't help. I merely requested confirmation about whether the prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. This isn't the first instance of poor customer treatment - they seem to communicate as if we, the customers, are responsible for their apparent job dissatisfaction or inadequate compensation.
