Terrible customer service from unhelpful receptionists

The front desk staff demonstrated an appalling lack of professionalism. I informed them that a family member was advised by medical personnel to undergo blood work within a 72-hour window. The receptionist, Jai Halai, contradicted this by claiming the appointment was scheduled for a week later. Subsequently, the doctors contacted me three days afterward, asserting that the blood tests were requested for a week out, despite my original urgent timeline. The entire situation was completely absurd and frustrating.
