Terrible customer service from unprofessional medical staff

Called the reception, and the staff member was incredibly discourteous and dismissive. I felt completely unheard and they displayed zero empathy or concern. Personnel serving as the initial patient interface desperately need improved training and enhanced interpersonal skills. Such a large healthcare organization should implement more robust protocols to prevent these interactions. The staff are absolutely unprofessional - they refused to provide medication, and the untrained personnel answering phones can't even accurately process basic prescription requests, consistently offering incorrect information. I strongly recommend everyone steer clear of this facility.
