Terrible customer service from unprofessional practice manager

Completely stunned by the unprofessional behavior of the practice manager I contacted regarding a scheduling issue. When I called to address being told an appointment was made but wasn't, the manager incredibly shifted blame onto me. She offered no apology, constantly interrupted my explanation, and accused me of talking for an excessive duration, claiming this caused the missed booking - which is absolutely untrue. Her approach was extremely discourteous. She desperately needs training in basic customer service etiquette. When I sought her name, she dismissively claimed I'd already been apologized to earlier and implied I was being unreasonable. Her conduct was totally unacceptable.
