Terrible customer service from unprofessional receptionist

The receptionist named Chloe displayed extremely unprofessional behavior, consistently interrupting me mid-sentence and solely focused on delivering her own scripted response. She demonstrated zero ability to listen or accept any form of feedback. While I acknowledge that her job might involve challenges, it's unacceptable to treat every caller disrespectfully. If incorrect information was shared, that's clearly an internal issue and should not be projected onto the patient making the inquiry. This was an absolutely horrific phone interaction that significantly impacted my emotional well-being.
