Terrible customer service leaves patient without medication

The receptionist's behavior is absolutely appalling. Over the past couple of days, I've made numerous calls attempting to resolve a critical medication issue for my partner, who has been struggling with psychosis for three years. There seems to be a mix-up with our pharmacy, and I've been desperately trying to clarify the situation. However, the staff appears completely indifferent to our plight. The last representative I spoke with coldly informed me that my boyfriend must remain without his essential medication until the Easter holiday concludes. What sort of heartless and unprofessional service is this?
