Terrible customer service ruined my healthcare experience

I recommend that your reception staff improve their phone communication skills and show more compassion towards patients. Each time I've called, the staff member has been discourteous and constantly talked over me. I believe individuals dealing with health concerns should not be treated so dismissively. When I was battling COVID, I was unable to consult with a physician because the only response I received was that they were fully booked, with no regard for my critical circumstances.
