Terrible customer service ruins healthcare experience

The front desk personnel consistently demonstrate a lack of professionalism and courtesy. This has been my experience throughout my 15-year relationship with this organization. Their automated appointment scheduling system is problematic, frequently cutting off calls when attempting to book an appointment. When I tried to verify the line's functionality by selecting an alternative option, the staff member who answered was dismissive and discourteous. I'm perplexed by their choice to work in healthcare given their clearly inappropriate demeanor. In an environment where patients are often in vulnerable states, their approach seems particularly insensitive and counterproductive to providing compassionate care.
