Terrible customer service ruins healthcare experience

Every interaction involves extended wait times. When physically present, staff frequently insist you must contact them exclusively starting at 8AM. I've been attempting to obtain a Leave of Absence document for an entire week without receiving any communication, and my follow-up attempts have been met with dismissive responses like "staff training" or being told to call again tomorrow. I strongly recommend seeking alternative healthcare providers.
