Terrible customer service ruins healthcare experience

They don't show any concern for patients, I've been struggling for three days to schedule a consultation. Their automated system claims you must call between 8 and 11 for bookings, but when you actually dial, they instruct you to call precisely at 8. Moreover, if I'm unwell right now, how am I supposed to plan an appointment five days from now? What sort of support is this?
