Terrible customer service ruins healthcare experience

Utterly appalling! I'm struggling to comprehend why the front desk personnel could be so dismissive and indifferent. Perhaps they're overwhelmed with work? Scheduling an appointment is practically unachievable. When you finally manage to connect with someone, their attitude is harsh, dispassionate, and clearly eager to end the conversation as quickly as possible. I've lost count of the times I've been left waiting on hold, only to have the call abruptly disconnected. I wouldn't suggest this medical practice to anyone under any circumstances.
