Terrible customer service ruins medical centre experience

I've been a member of this facility for more than 15 years, and the receptionist's conduct is absolutely unacceptable. Their demeanor is incredibly discourteous. They demonstrate a complete absence of customer service skills. There's a total lack of compassion and understanding. They desperately need to invest in some professional development training to improve their interpersonal abilities.
