Terrible customer service that leaves patients frustrated

Customer support is terrible - you can spend hours on hold when calling, or send emails that vanish into thin air. I've sent three separate emails over the course of a week, and not a single one has been acknowledged. Their recent merger seems to have only amplified their existing organizational dysfunction, creating an even more chaotic and ineffective system. The overall service quality is absolutely abysmal. As for the medical professionals themselves, I cannot offer any insight because I'm completely unable to even schedule an initial consultation.
