Terrible customer service that left us frustrated

The service was utterly appalling. My wife got a text about her Saturday afternoon appointment, followed by a confirmation text on Friday. When Saturday arrived and they called, she returned the call, only to be treated with complete disrespect by an incredibly rude receptionist who spoke to her in a demeaning manner. The receptionist stubbornly argued it was a phone consultation, flatly refusing to acknowledge the two previous text messages about an in-person afternoon appointment. They coldly instructed her to contact our own medical practice on Monday. The receptionist's behavior was absolutely unacceptable, and we will definitely be reporting this terrible experience to our surgery.
