Terrible customer service that wasted my time

Stuck on hold for nearly half an hour, positioned first in the queue, only to be informed of technical issues and advised to terminate the call!!! Attempted to reconnect 8 separate times, yet completely unable to get through now. This entire situation has devolved into a complete disaster and mockery of customer service.
