Terrible customer service that wastes my time

Impossible to reach anyone by phone Attempted to call at 8:15 AM and was left waiting for 12 minutes before being disconnected. Subsequent attempts to connect—over 20 in total—finally resulted in speaking with someone, only to be told no callback would be provided. This frustrating experience seems to be their standard practice. The front desk staff consistently demonstrate a dismissive and unfriendly demeanor.
