Terrible customer service that wastes my time

Waited on hold as the first caller for nearly a quarter of an hour, yet no representative answered. Eventually, I abandoned the call in frustration. I had hoped they were working to improve their surgical services, but it seems absolutely nothing has progressed over time. My disappointment remains unchanged, and this experience is utterly unacceptable!
