Terrible customer service that wastes your time

Even when positioned near the front of the queue, customers can inexplicably find themselves waiting upwards of 40 minutes. This becomes particularly frustrating given how quickly the receptionists seem eager to terminate calls, suggesting either a fabricated queuing system or deliberate phone avoidance - a behavior that has been directly observed multiple times in their physical office.
