Terrible customer service that wastes your time

Absolute nightmare from start to finish. Began attempting to join their queue at 8 in the morning, following their automated system's instructions to press number 1 for queue placement. Despite expecting a callback, no contact came through until 10 am. When I initiated a follow-up call to maintain my position, I discovered I was still eighth in line. The entire process is utterly absurd - one can only imagine how unhelpful they'd be if genuine advice were needed, as they clearly don't offer proper appointments.
