Terrible customer service wasted my entire morning

Utterly frustrating experience with their customer service. Began attempting to reach them at 8:20 in the morning. After navigating through an endless queue, finally got through at 8:66, only to be connected at 9:27 and immediately informed that no more appointments were available. This process is completely demoralizing and wastes everyone's time.
