Terrible customer service wastes my precious time

Wasted more than 60 minutes trapped in their so-called phone queue, stuck as "first in line" the entire time. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. The bare minimum would have been for a representative to acknowledge their overwhelming workload and explain that no assistance was currently available, instead of leaving me suspended in endless hold limbo.
